We ensure that your experience with us is positive throughout the whole process, earning your business on this sale and future sales. Once payment has been received, we will provide a tracking number, typically within 2-3 business days. If unable to provide a tracking number in a timely manner, we will reach out to communicate clearly the reason for any delays.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping cost on the listing applies only to shipments within the contiguous 48 states. Should you reside outside of these states, we will invoice you for the difference from our normal shipping costs. We DO NOT ship internationally.

WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE SHIP?

Our warehouse will process the order within 2-3 business days, depending on order volume. Holidays could introduce additional processing time. After processing, we will receive a tracking number, which will be shared with you.

If your item is a firearm, we recommend alerting the receiving FFL of the package with tracking information, once available.

WILL NOT SHIP WHERE PROHIBITED:

Please understand your local laws before bidding or purchasing. You will be expected to cover our listing costs and fees should we not be able to complete the sale or transfer. If you have questions about the law, contact your local FFL you selected for transfer. Talk to them about the firearm on the listing, as they will be more familiar with your local laws than we are. If a firearm is returned due to being illegal in your state, all return fees + a 20% restocking fee will be charged prior to the refund being processed.

• If the FFL already has an eFFL with Gunbroker, you’re done. This information will be sent automatically. If not, once your order has been placed, you will be given our contact information to email to the FFL. Sending it immediately will ensure that we can process your order quickly. Our Process:

• We will immediately process your order if a valid FFL has been provided (when purchasing a firearm).
• We will provide you a tracking number within three business days.
• If ordering a firearm, you will then pick up your firearm at your selected FFL in a timely manner or make other arrangements with the receiving FFL.

IMPORTANT: Inspect your firearm. Make sure it’s the correct item and no damage exists prior to doing the transfer with your local FFL. If you complete the transfer, we will NOT be able to process a return. You would then need to address any defects directly with the manufacturer.
